Since we believe that the Bible contains God’s timeless truth, we desire to submit ourselves and all that we do to its principles – allowing it alone to govern what we believe, teach, and value.
We believe that the church was created by God for “the praise of His glorious grace.” To that end, we desire that everything we do be for God’s renown rather than man’s approval.
We refuse to manipulate people or teach them merely moral lessons because we believe that the Gospel, the good news of Jesus Christ, is powerful enough on its own to change lives. It is this life-altering message that we desire to share with our community and the world.
We desire to see rebels of God become growing followers of God. We believe this only happens in connection with God’s truth (the Bible) and in covenant with God’s people (the church).
The church is people, not a set of programs or a certain number of pews. Given that, we desire to see our members building relationships to help each other grow to spiritual maturity.
We believe that the health of the church depends on every member exercising the spiritual gift they’ve been given by the Holy Spirit. Therefore, we encourage our members to show the love of Christ by sacrificially serving one another.
